I believe that belongs to Peregrine.

It falls under this patent..http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=%276132729%27.WKU.&OS=PN/6132729&RS=PN/6132729, which is patent # 613272.

It can also be found on the Peregrine patent page...http://www.peregrineinc.com/R_and_D.asp?id=Patents+and+Trademarks.

From the abstract...<The invention embodies the surprising discovery that Tissue Factor (TF) compositions and variants thereof specifically localize to the blood vessels within a vascularized tumor following systemic administration. The invention therefore provides methods and compositions comprising coagulation-deficient Tissue Factor for use in effecting specific coagulation and for use in tumor treatment. The TF compositions and methods of present invention may be used alone, as TF conjugates with improved half-life, or in combination with other agents, such as conventional chemotherapeutic drugs, targeted immunotoxins, targeted coaguligands, and/or in combination with Factor VIIa (FVIIa) or FVII activators.>

So IMO Peregrine Pharmaceuticals has the patent on targeting TF with FVII based compounds.

However, this may be included in the Arcus joint venture between PPHM and OXGN. I'm not clear on that.
