for the same obvious reasons that existed before...too many shares out with the note conversion (which was imprudently effected with the stock near an all time low - had TVX's prior management decided to convert at higher prices, it wouldn't be the mess it now is) and of course the continuing uncertainty over Greece (imho the Greeks will come around eventually...the country is also hit hard by the economic downturn, so it is not an opportune moment to put off foreign investors). all that said, i've bought back in...at the current price, all of the above can be considered to be priced in imo, and there's a good chance that Anglo will buy out minority shareholders as soon as the Normandy deal is consummated.
