Mike, I have not answered those questions because I feel they are the wrong questions to ask. In other words, instead of accepting that weapons of mass destruction are a given, I would prefer to ask: "WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM, THE ROOTS OF TERRORISM AND WAR?" Are you interested in discussing that? Later today I will post an article which is the best position paper on the subject that I know of. Namaste! Jim
