But that would be a boycott. That would also feed and fuel the Naked Short Sellerism ... The petition will definitely have that as an issue as with "Rande is" articulate points. The loopholes are but a few but can be resolved with just a few new rules like: A broker must acquire permission from the rightful owner to use his interest as collateral for the purpose to be sold into the market. Also any sell order from an offshore interest must be accompanied with a certificate or proof the proper collateral of a rightful owner is in hand. No big deal really but that would address two of the issues. That would fight Naked Short Sellerism P2bAAAT & DSAS
