I got your drift in the intitial prose. Glad you confirmed that B1 is a bond rating and not a bomber. Yes I realize if this is not done quickly the bond market is next. But I do not have actual knowledge except by your prose. While America is taking out the scummy skunks in the desert the borders of the American bond market will be breech.
