My understanding is that Partition Magic 6.0 will work with XP provided you are using Fat32 file structure and that you start it from the diskettes rather than from within XP.

It is the later version of NTFS file structure (I've heard it called both 3.1 and 5.1) that is incompatible with anything but PM 7.0. So if you have not converted to NTFS you can continue to use older versions of Partition Magic.
