>> I have been getting about 3 hours sleep a night since September 11 (I lost ALL my client in the days afterwards) and I am now official sleep deprived. I also changed my diet just before WTC day (no sugar, wheat, dairy, caffine, beef). A decaf soy latte from Starbucks does not pick me up.

Many things are out of our control in these dark days, but we still have some areas where we can make positive personal decisions. My advice would be to race to the nearest Starbucks and chug-a-lug a venti cappuccino. If you're dead set against milk, just order an expresso. That soy stuff is mood altering in a bad direction.
