wonder if they(convertible in general) have a floor on the convertible shares or do they convert at a certain price?....
otherwise someone could short the stock into oblivion and then convert his debt to shares and cover...and after he's done you have got a stock flooded with millions of shares and then the selling continues as the float rockets...
