I know you don't have the answer to my question at hand but 2.5% FED funds rate is lowest since 1962. That corresponds to Cuban misle crisis and some form of recessionary period. I was still wetting my pants during that time frame which I am not trying to do currently.
We got out of that situation fairly quickly and painlessly.

So, could you look at DOW or S&P from that time frame to see if some of the predictions of 30% returns over next 12 months could play out now if things come to a favorable resolution.
