The real estate bubble is really bursting! Why, I had to wait 11 full days just to get an offer on a 2 bedroom townhome I had for sale in San Francisco and they really undercut the price! I had to REDUCE the price by $4 grand just to close the deal. So I only got $495,000 for it which was exactly what the neighbor unit sold for last year. I was robbed! Now the FED has gone and lowered interest rates a couple more times again since closing. Good thing I found a RE broker willing to multiple list it for 3.5% I'd be in the poor house otherwise.

Imagine all those home owners out there refinancing their mortgages and reducing their monthly payments as if that will help! What fools.
