I wonder if anyone on this thread sees a parallel between this situation and AMD's new Model Hurtz scheme? In the case mentioned, Mazda made a specific claim based on a specific metric. It was not misleading, it was factually false. AMD is making a claim that is simply misleading. A different situation. Will they still face problems?
