Don´t believe this is justified in any way for AMCC. Where PMCS has been overly optimistic ("we are going to do $ 100Mil this FY with CSCO, 40 out of that QED"), AMCC has IMO been quite cautious. Sure, down-grade PMCS - how is their cash position BTW?.... - but giving AMCC the same treatment, I just believe that is uncalled for.
