who will sell in this environment, and create the excess inventory of homes that would signal the "falling pillar" that you referred to? Those who lose their jobs. I know of 2 families here in Tennessee who have For Sale signs in front of their homes, due to both adults getting laid off this summer. Their kids must work to help pay mortgage until they dump their home. Both their plans are to go back to their hometown, where they know everyone and can get assistance should they need it. That is what I see people doing more and more. . . going back to their home towns. Rande Is
