Puck, the entire FOI Commission will be present at the hearing. The Hartford Courant and I present our case and then the NH Police present theirs. The commission then votes whether to approve the hearing officer's report or to modify it. If they approve it, it's game over for us-- in that venue. We next have to file suit in Superior Court. Same for the other side if they end up losing. If either of us go the court route, it's likely neither will quit until we reach the CT Supreme Court.
