who will sell homes? the unemployed, whose ranks are growing rapidly the savvy I have a young friend who sold at the peak this spring he just moved into a nice 2-bedroom apartment comparable houses to his are probably 15% lower now "snapped up by investors" some will for sure, but where is all this loose money coming from? if they wait, and I think they will, they will pay even less why buy a house for renting out, if tenants face possible layoffs? I respect what you say, but similar arguments were made for OldEconomy stocks 4-5 months ago do I paint a scorched earth picture? you havent seen scorched earth if you want to, check out Beirut and Kabul and Sarajevo they have one thing in common: all Islamic homes honestly, that is what I believe Islamic Fundies want the United States to resemble / Jim
