Pick a company that interests you.... Choose "SEC" and then take the 10-Q nearest the top.... Scroll down and select "cash flow statement."...Write down that number ... Write down that number also. Go back up to that first third, and write down the number for any line which mentions stock or stock options.... Add up all the numbers you have collected ... Now subtract B from G (G minus B).... Double it.... Go "Back" from the cash flow statement, and then take the income statement....

And you too will have learned the Macarena!
