Chartcraft pessimistic.....

"AGAIN, OUR POSTURE IS WAITING TO BUY.....Everyone expects another rate cut today by the Fed. Our expectation is that the recent lows will not hold, but we will see a better, more tradable bottom before the end of October. We are now starting the earnings season and that could be pretty rough going with P/E's High and earnings falling."
