SCHEDULING ORDER:
The clerk has scheduled for hearing, on Tuesday, October 9, 2001,
the several motions to dismiss this action.
... of the number of such motions and the myriad issues they raise,
... will require more time to study the parties' submissions.
Accordingly, the hearing in this matter is rescheduled to Monday,
November 5, 2001, at 2:00 p.m.

While no one can know for sure what is in the mind of the judge,
I consider this to be a big positive.
... set back the Reg Howe/Gold Cartel hearing practically a month.
If the judge were going to dismiss the case out of hand
or was under pressure from the U.S. Government to do so,
... would not have delayed the proceeding.
It is clear to me that he realizes he has a lot of his own homework
to do before he can properly adjudicate the hearing.
After all, this is one of the most important cases in U.S. legal history.
The Gold Cartel... Same [MO] modus operundi...
How many years have to go by before the gold world wakes up?
The Gold Cartel does not even attempt to hide what they are doing
because no one seems to care but GATA.
That is why the Howe Complaint is so important.
