Well... come on Taro. Amcc is going to bring in $40 million this quarter, maybe less now. Capex keeps getting cut and then we have the WTC disaster.

Probably December is no better. MAYBE March improves, but I think that David Rickey was saying after their FY which ends in March.

Amcc will probably have a billion in the bank and be losing some each quarter for a while.

But the market cap is still 1.8 billion and there are lots of other companies trading for less than the cash they have on hand.

Pmcs MIGHT bring in a little more than amcc probably will have 280 million net after debt and the market cap is 1.6 billion.

They're both expensive. It was David Rickey who said "I dare you to NOT own my company" and it was Bob Bailey that admitted there was a downturn in the chip biz before amcc, nt and jdsu saw a thing.

A little miss on revenues is going to be a big percentage and probably make a big difference to the bottom line. Course they're so close to not selling much, how much lower can sales go? LOL!

Some guy thinks they're worth buying....

I think they'll probably trade in a range for a while once they do hit bottom.

Why is it you don't like pmcs? Did they ever do anything to you or did you just not like the posters that you interacted with?
