Hi Steve; The take over, did not make ANMI pick up SPCO debt. ,
heck last summer and fall SPCO had a lot of cash. It was from the
days she was a high flyer..they did not seem to know what to do
with the cash, and there was a lot of it, it's all we talked about
last year, why would a companies stock be selling for less than the cash it had in the bank. The deal with ANMI may have been a way of
ANMI getting controal of the cash. The reasons are not so clear
to me, except SPCO was lossing money and burning the cash, maybe
ANMI people owned enough SPCO to say hey this is silly, I don't
know .I might have an old chart some where that shows the old
price however your absolutly right about the new price history
people see today is really ANMIs price history. I remember one
time last year SPCO sold for 1-3/16..but you won't find that on
any chart now.
