Questions:
1. Is SPLH a marginal security? No it is not thus
2. How did the site members short the security legally?
3. Who put up property as collateral for the short positions?
4. Did a broker negoiate the loan of securities or was it naked?
5. What site membership?
6. Do you belong to an organized offshore short selling group?

1. Then what tactic do you use to get the price down to cover?
2. Us Bashing, personal attacks, thread disruption, etc. how you drive the prices down?

Just trying to organize the information for the report I am working on to go to the lawmakers.

Funny how we use the word "organize" differently. Where I organize information to uncover fraud to present to the public, you state "What we do is organize to uncover information and present it to the public."
