The US kept giving the corrupted leaders in Pakistan more foreign aid and they used it build up the Taliban. The US supported the Shaw of Iran in spite of the fact that his citizens hated him. Right now the US is playing Kissy, Kissy with the thugs from Syria, and Iraq, so that they join the Bush war on terrorism. Five years from now the two A** Holes from Syria and Iraq declare war on Israel and the US is back at war.(that's Imperialism) The one good thing about our current situation is that its forcing Bush to think globally. His long range plan is a good one. There is no excuse what ever for the actions of the terrorists. Poverty does not excuse murder.
