MK, I like that last suggestion. Make them work with the people they hurt. But, in the long haul, I still believe that incompetent, cheap or greedy folks will always be snookered by somebody. It is sad and the crooks should be punished, but there ought to be something like defensive driving for investors.

BTW, another beneficiary is Gary Condit. I haven't heard a whiff of Chaundra Levy's name since 9/11.
