Andreas, re: Let's wait until AMD outlines its new strategy on October, 9th before we jump to conclusions. I'm not jumping to conclusions. If the folks on this thread are confused, with all their knowledge of the industry, how do you expect the average consumer to react? My guess is that he won't know what he is buying (even you guys don't know what is what). And if he doesn't know what he is buying, he WON'T buy it. Of course, if you believe the analysts, nobody is going to buy a computer in the 4th quarter anyway, so I guess it doesn't make any difference. John
