ABN Amro is the only analyst to make comments about lowered ASIC shipments for the year. Goldman Sachs, First Union, Solomon SMith Barney, etc... have all recently re-affirmed their rating on the stock. This would lead me to believe they have done their due diligence and confirmed support for Book to Bill activity.

There are now 23 different CDMA2000 handset models as per the CDG Home Page Website. Over 1 million 3G CDMA2000 customers have been signed in Korea. China is building their CDMA network at breakneck speed. KDDI's decision to wait an extra 3 months until they launch their entire CDMA2000 network at once is not a delay but a change in strategy, especially if it gives doemstic handset companies a chance to improve their competitive position relative to Korean companies.

I think today's weakness was a direct result of profit warnings by OPWV and NT.
