MSU Devices Announces New Distributor for U.S. Federal Government Market
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 3, 2001--MSU Devices Inc. (OTCBB:MUCP - news), announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Millenniumnet Inc. of Fairfax, Virginia whereby Millenniumnet will distribute the MSU Devices V5 Internet access device in the Federal Government Market in the United States.

Millenniumnet will sell the V5 Internet access device to the civilian and defense departments and related agencies of the U.S. Government, as well as to major systems integrators and suppliers who might already have contractual relationships with these Federal departments and agencies.

Mr. Richard Yoder, President & CEO of Millenniumnet Inc., said, ``We are extremely excited about the opportunity to market and sell the MSU Devices V5 Internet access device. We anticipate it will have wide appeal in the U.S. Federal Government market, especially within the Department of Education and Department of Defense, and related agencies.'' In addition Mr. Yoder went on to say, ``Millenniumnet believes there are significant opportunities to market the V5 Internet access device overseas through our international partners and associates.''

Mr. Ray Dittrich, VP Sales at MSU Devices, said, ``The U.S. Federal Government market represents not one but many opportunities to sell our V5 Internet access device in volume. Almost all Federal government departments and agencies have already identified applications and requirements that will drive the purchase of Internet appliances and thin clients. While some of these requirements will necessitate the use of a personal computer, a majority of these applications can be accomplished using an Internet access device or thin clients. Our V5 Internet access device is a perfect fit for many of these requirements.'' Mr. Dittrich went on to say, ``We are very pleased to partner with Millenniumnet as our U.S. Government distributor. Millenniumnet has a tremendous wealth of experience in the Federal government market and they know who make these purchase decisions happen.''
