How do they also know, that it didn't help many people?? Just because it was slightly different from the established line, does it make it wrong ??... I don't think so IMO.. I didn't see the service, just references to Oprah's comment. Maybe some of the statements made by others , trivialized the suffering to others. Maybe they were well-meaning, but misdirected too. I don't know and I don't think OTHERS here do either JMO
