Think of me what you will TP, but I am not dumb. A little lazy at times perhaps (could be working now instead of answering you for instance), but not dumb. Also - charter schools are relatively new, aren't they? Don't think they even had them when I went to school. At least I had never heard of them. Public schools with me through the state college level in CA.
