HEY That's GREAT DOn. Legal and lawbidding short sellers get a break... Short a down market brings in trading ... volume to pick up ./... But that has nothing to do with what the petition is about. We do not have aproblem with Legal Shorting. The uptick rule is ignore anyway by the voices here against the petition because they do not recognize rules. They are shorting off shore and doing illegal shorting. That is what the petition is about. P2bAAAT & DSAS
