Never heard of these guys, but every little bit helps. 13:52 ET Networking Upgrades : Buckingham Research raises its rating mid-day on Cisco Systems (CSCO +20.3%), Juniper Networks (JNPR +29.1%), Ciena (CIEN +23.1%); all three go to ACCUMULATE from Neutral; firm believes Europe is stronger than expected in long haul and enterprise; Asia continues to be strong and the gray market is drying up.
