I don't see the dire news, Dave. They're heading toward 140,000 users by the end of one year, without counting European or Japanese approval. The annual cost per user is $5,650. What is so bad about that? Can you substantiate or site references for resistance problems and side effects? Your information is contrary to a considerable body of published material.
