And here come the upgrades...1:52PM Networking Upgrades : Buckingham Research raises its rating mid-day on Cisco Systems (CSCO +20.3%), Juniper Networks (JNPR +29.1%), Ciena (CIEN +23.1%); all three go to ACCUMULATE from Neutral; firm believes Europe is stronger than expected in long haul and enterprise; Asia continues to be strong and the gray market is drying up.

FWIW..If CSCO stalls here, take a look at that intra day h&s forming.....
