Minneapolis Public Libraries went through this nonsense last year. Got so bad that men were masturbating in front of the screens. The idiots in charge refused to do anything about it and of course hid behind the First Amendment. What put an end to it was a bunch of women librarians sued the city for sexual harassment claiming they were forced to work in a hostile work place. Dueling PCs - quite entertaining really. The board quietly agreed to put filters on.
