He's a dummy, ok? But he's our dummy, so leave him with his advisors to take the credit, and its Pop running the show anyway. They may be doing a creditable job, provided we get maximum disclosure. And this is from someone who believes he was selected legally, fair and square, by the Supreme Court <g>.
However, someone must h ave changed his medication. I just heard the NY press conference, and he actually spoke well, rapidly, knowledgeably, without hesitation, and may have found his voice. This will have a very positive effect on consumers, the markets, and generally, imo. This should bolster others i the world who had their doubts.
This is the first time I've been able to listen without wincing, and had the feeling of some internal knowledge going on there. Being on the speaking tour has been good practice.
But no, he's no wonk. He'll have to settle for "second-rate but good character" or some such euphamism. As far as our enemies go, he still signs the orders, and will do so without hesitation. |
