Mike and ST, OT *** ranking countries If we ranked countries by their overall "goodness" the U.S. would be near the top - maybe 70%. That means still room for improvement. Right now we have an emergency and must concentrate on its solution. To dwell on past mistakes ruins that concentration and is counter productive, especially since so far government has shown restraint. The U.S. is getting much support and I think it is partly because many others see it as their big [as in older and stronger] brother. They may have resented and argued with him in the past. But now he got hurt they fear for their own safety, too and support him. Gottfried
