indexit: I must say I'm sorry for not replying to you sooner. Thought I had, but must not have submited it, because I don't see it here. You make some interesting points and I have communicated my thoughts to my elected officials as suggested. A byte out of your post here... "information disseminated to the small investor by Wall Street brokerage firms." That is the standard dazzle with fancy footwork or B.S. Flash a highjack from Bombay is in progress as is reported on the news.
