Then they try the "weekend" gambit. Extolling their supermarket coupons.

The latter is probably their only worth. I'll cancel the WSJ if they're ever reduced to hawking coupons.

Sometimes I tell them I'm an environmentalist and that the NYTimes is "hazardous waste" that no friend of the earth can countenance.
