Hmmmmm..... Why would CGZ be selling shares of KGFC????
Hmmmmmm.... I don't know what this all means, but I think that this recent selling of KGFC shares by CGZ has "something" to do with "something" we are all wating for. CGZ emptying their holdings in KGFC... KGFC filing to completely privatize all three mines....
THIS IS ONLY A HUNCH, and what I am hoping is that it will cause some discussion, but, for the last month, I have been running everything through my head about this situation... Read the KGFC AP, THREE Times, watched the trading action fairly closely... Kept my ears open as best I could, and for some reason, I kept thinking the same thing... Again, this is just a hunch... BUT... what does anyone think of the possibility of a buy out of CGZ by KGFC????? CGZ looks to be financially in a tad of danger... Does KGFC have financing set up??? Hmmmmm.... Maybe contingent on CGZ's "relationship" to the mines???
Hmmmm.... It would be VERY INTERSTING to see who picked up the KGFC shares that CGZ dumped into the market. Could be a clue to this mystery. Boy this one is frustrating... Not because of the share price, but because I feel like CGZ and KGFC is keeping us all in the dark about "something", and, my instinct is that, that "something" is good. Perhaps VERY GOOD... Remember, often, the best, REAL deals take time, because the principals involved KNOW that things are comming, so they don't particularly care about the little investor with 1000 or 20,000 shares.... They don't care about the investor looking for a quick flip... WHEN the principals KNOW something BIG is comming, they don't care about the share price, because they know that all concernes will be cleared up in the near future, and they also know that the investors that really count (Unfortunately none of us) will not be worrying either because the big investors most likely know whats comming as well. My attitude to KGFC....
"They are sitting on a GOLD MINE (Pun intended)". How many times can you say that about a stock you follow and then smile, because it is ACTUALLY TRUE and not even close to a pipe dream.
What do I say to the People's at KGFC...
"TAKE YOUR TIME, DON'T MISS ANY OF THE FINE PRINT, GET EVERY SIGNITURE YOU NEED, KEEP SHIPPING GOLD, KEEP UP THE GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE KAZAKSTAN GOVERNMENT, DON'T RUSH THROUGH ANY OF THE DETAILS, AND BRING HOME A WIN FOR ALL OF US PATIENT LITTLE GUYS TOO:) OH YA, one more little thing.... for the sake of our enquiring minds and sanity, it would nice if you could keep us abreast of the developements and your progress.....
