stan - an equivalent of almost 3% of total current CSCO float changed hands today.
Don't tell me this was due to excited kids.
The kids also have bot long maturities bonds and betting for further rate cuts. (Which would happen ifthe economy is worse, yet again, than expected). Hence: bad news accepted as bullish for the rate cut case.
