Hi Chip, I know that that a number of people on SI are at least a little familiar with Puetz's research. Peter Eliades had a pretty good write up of Puetz's research 3 or 4 years ago. I thought the time windows were for an eclipse that was within a specified period that was near the spring or fall equinox. I'd have to go back and look. Puetz's work just indicates time windows where the chance of a crash is heightened. quite a nice rally that we have unfolding. John
