Who cares about minute day to day fluctuations. The stock closed at 63.25 bid and offered at 65. Somebody bought 2,000 shares on the close on the offer side of the market, and so it shows up 9/16ths on the day. Just remember that PRST is under investigation by the SEC "...in connection with the securities of the company." High closing, sometimes referred to as "painting the tape" certainly falls into the stock manipulation category.
