dvdw, it is not evident that shorting is depressing the price of CAMP. In fact the short position has decreased every month for the past seven months and is at a 12 month low. It appears that shorts have been net buyers and are helping to prop up the stock price. Also, revenue and profits are down considerably in the last year. With a trailing P/E of about 30 and uncertain growth forecasts one could argue that it is fairly priced.

WRLS also has had declining short interest since March. Shorts have also been supporting the price on this one.
However, thanks for mentioning this one. Looks like a buy at these levels.
