Alaister, Thanks for pointing this out, I was hoping someone would. The Shorting effecting these two are the MM working with others NFI to suppress the price on a daily trade by trade basis. These shorts have low time horizon and are never counted in the monthly numbers. In addition, regards earnings and such, both of these companies have made extraordinary progress across their markets and have considerable IP as well as strong positions in growth markets whose best days are ahead. You cant analyze these by looking at Yahoo or an SI profile, you need to dig much deeper.Look closely at their performance during the bubble, both made their move from top to bottom over approximately a six month window. This is what I call the identification phase of the Small Cap to mid cap graduation phase. Both of these as well as others exhibit the same patterns. Much Fundamental analysis needs to be done by outsiders looking in to get the full picture.

Both of these are supply imbalance float plays which are being controlled by programs currently underway.No naked short in their right mind would be open here, floats are way too thin and except for MM and inside trade working the float, these companies are illustrative of small caps emerging as mid caps, but will end up owned by someone else.

As stated, these are but two of many.

I've been counting shares in these two for many years and understand the game that is being played here.
