RealTick.com has a short list: realtick.com Daytradingstocks.com has a much better list: daytradingstocks.com And elitetrader.com has the best ratings I've seen yet, though even those aren't perfect, as there seems to be some hyping: elitetrader.com I can personally recommend TerraNova-MB (formerly known as MB Trading), and IB for small accounts, if low commission on small trades is more important than quality of service, trading software and executions.
