did not mean to criticize, just stating the facts I was kidding...because I agree with you, that the price of homes is crazy! I happened to be one of the people who couldn't afford to buy a home I think most people can't afford to buy a home in California. Probably quite a few home purchases are only possible with a 2nd loan, a gift from a generous family member, or by taking advantage of various creative financing methods. There is also the "sweat equity" way of buying a home...finding a "fix up" home, that with some time, work, and energy appreciates in value.
