07:34 ET Plane Crash : Russian news agency Interfax reporting that a flight from Tel Aviv, Israel to Russia has crashed in the Black Sea. 07:47 ET Plane Crash : The Russian plane that reportedly crashed en route from Tel Aviv to the Siberian city of Novosibirsk was a TU-154, a Russian plane with a dubious safety record - there have five other TU-154 crashes since 1994, with the most recent in July.
