G.T.,
I think my commish payment is around 3-4 times as much. I don't trade online. I like the executed price, but have to admit I don't know if my fills are any better than anyone elses. Sometimes I tell the desk just buy it at .30 and I get it at .29 let's say. In addition I usually am buying 5K-10K in share numbers so if I get the trade better by a penney or don't sacrifice a penny to the market makers I feel as though I have covered the commish. A lot of my buys are from a couple of the services ran by people who post here so I am down the food chain from the insiders. G.T. I am busy at work and life and have my reasons to invest in mining shares but do not possess the knowledge that others here have. When I made the .50- 1.00 comment it was because some of the shares I own let's take minefinders for instance were much higher in the past and I hope , think, they have a chance to regain their past glory. Time will tell. I work in the credit business and think there is just too much credit debt, lending standards have weakened greatly over the years, and I see a tough road back to debt repayment. The main press loves debt and hates gold so here I am.
