I just came back to have a look what is going on. I've been occupied with troll-free activities.

I'm wondering if a more decentralized approach would better reflect the overall imperfection that will be inherent in any such process. For example, the Lockerbie bombers being tried in a Scottish Court in the Hague. Collaboration doesn't have to mean setting up a new centralized organization. This is kind of new economy vs. old economy thinking? No?
