(OTC Bulletin Board: BSTI) announced today the signing of a licensing and distribution agreement with an International firm that calls for payments to BioShield in the amount of $35 million over a seven year period. BioShield management believes gross margins will reach 80% on this agreement and fully believes the customer will exceed the minimum purchase requirements in this agreement. The customer has requested its name not be released at this time in connection with this agreement in order to keep their competition from gaining insight on upcoming marketing strategies.
