This from my sister-in-law--a Judge in CA--this morning:

'I expressed my concern to a friend that if we assassinate bin laden we make
him a hero and if we capture him we'll have years of trial with due process
and endless publicity...

The suggested alternative is that we kidnap him, give him a sex change
operation and return him to Afganistan as a woman - I like it.'
